"Everything was amazing.. clean ,staff, breakfast, near airport and centre. But i have one note.. small rooms were very clean bed and everything but not nice smell and the towels looks old (very clean but very old ) and the breakfast for 5day the same buffet .. fresh and so nice but need to change the menu specifically the main menu. Many thanks for everyone was fabulous."

"The hostel's rooftop was fantastic—large and bright. Chatting and having breakfast with everyone on the rooftop made me feel very relaxed. It's also very close to the Everbright Square, just a 5-minute walk away."
Savoy le Grand Hotel Marrakech ★★★★★
"The hotel looks beautiful! Even if you don't go anywhere it would be enjoyable. The location is great as it's attached to Menara Mall so everything you may need is nearby. I visited with a friend for my birthday and arrived to a very beautifully arranged room with Happy Birthday cushions and even found a cake in the room in the evening! It really made my day and I am already planning to go back! We used the spa and had a nice luxury treatment as well. The staff were very accommodating and managed to book us in and the laundry service was also very speedy. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it."

Riad Carole - Perfect for Families & Groups
"Just as expected in Marrakech. Super service and very good breakfast. The hotel staff fixed everything we asked for. Thanks"
Cesar Resort & Spa
"Have a wonderful long weekend here, everything great. Weather was fabulous, we were very lucky and a balloon trip over the Atlas Mountains was incredible. All the staff were excellent and professional, though special mention but go to Oumalma,Mohcine and Taha who were wonderful. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, would totally recommend. We will be back!!!"
Novotel Marrakech Hivernage
"The hotel was in a quiet location, the pool was nice. Unfortunately our room was very disappointing. In our first room the AC was not working. Maintenance came to fix it, there was a slight improvement but still not great. Then whilst opening the shower door, the door fell off the wall. This looks like it was because the door had not been maintained. This is not what you would expect in any establishment - let alone a 4* hotel. It also had the potential to be very dangerous, luckily I was strong enough to hold the weight of the door before assistance came. The hotel moved us to a new room and gave us a nice selection of food in our new room which was nice gesture although we would have expected more. The AC in the new room worked well so the room change was welcome. Unfortunately, the fridge in the room was leaking internally so we had to throw away food that we were storing in there as it became damp from an internal leak. One of these occurrences we could probably accept but to have three issues with repairing is not what I expect from Accor. The hotel needs serious maintenance!"
Imperial Holiday Hôtel & spa
Spacious suites include a lounge, a tasty breakfast, an on-site bar, and a spa with massage rooms and an outdoor pool.
Riad Louhou
"From the minute one of the staff members collected us from our taxi to the minute we left the Riad, the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They offered advice on where to eat and what to see and always responded with a smile. We stayed in one of the more expensive rooms which was immaculate and decorated beautifully. The breakfasts were fresh and plentiful. Riad Louhou has a lovely roof terrace but if you are intending to stay here in the height of summer please be aware that there are only three sun loungers available. The time of year that we visited it wasn’t an issue but it is nice to have the option of a lazy day by the pool if needed. We had such a lovely relaxing stay and would definitely recommend and return. Thank you to all the wonderful staff."
Mövenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech
"Its clean and has good service. Breakfast was average. Location is good for travel by car too far to walk to the shops and restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable."
Kenzi Menara Palace & Resort
"I forgot a bracelet and an earring in the room; I'm sure I left them there because I took them off before going to the pool on August 30th. I keep calling to inquire about them, and each time they say they were going to call me back, but I still haven't heard anything."
Radisson Blu Marrakech, Carré Eden
"The hotel is great and parking is convenient"
Palm Plaza Hôtel & Spa
"Very old hotel with a lot of things to do Works, bedding, etc… Not worth a 5 star at all"
Hotel Almas
"Good position, clean rooms, good breakfast nice staff. Quite noisy at night cause wooden doors slqmming and loud people in corridors but its okay."
Bab Akoul Palmeraie - Boutique Hotel & Spa
Palais Namaskar
"DO NOT BOOK HERE. We booked a room directly with the hotel in order to attend a wedding. Following a dispute between the hotel and the groom, the wedding was cancelled. We then received an email from the hotel stating that our room payments had been applied to settle the groom’s outstanding debt under his contract with them. As a result, we now have flights to Marrakech in two days but no accommodation. This is an unacceptable way to treat guests. A customer who books directly with a hotel should never be held financially responsible for a third party’s contractual obligations. We did not pay the groom, nor did he book on our behalf—we made our reservation with the hotel directly. While we understand that cancellations made by us might result in forfeited funds, diverting our payment to cover someone else’s debt is completely inappropriate."
Bab Hotel
"Beautifully designed hotel, type of boutique hotel. only 5-minute walk from the main street, where you found many restaurants. 20 mins walk from the medina. Not far from train station and airport. many restaurants nearby, night lounge and club nearby. very nice room, lovely small pool, cozy bar and restaurant. Smiley faces behind the reception, always willing to help you but Sabrina, Lamia and Dounia at the reception was very kind and very professional. always willing to help with big smile."
Riad Sultan Suleiman & Spa
"Very nice room, bath and WC facilities, well furnished. Very quiet at night, good sleep quality. Restaurant dinner very tasty. Breakfast excellent but their take away b'fast on the day of my very early departure was awful, old pancake and cake, a little cheese, no drink or fruit. For that price, they should provide something better. Satellite TV had no signal. WiFi good. There were 15 decorative pillows in the room and I did not know where to put them. Why so many?"
Park Hyatt Marrakech
"Facilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive, typical for this price range. The minibar items are all complimentary, though it seemed like there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste (but I brought my own, so I didn't actually ask if they had them). The gym is quite large and even has a strength training area, but there are a bit too few yoga mats, which made it inconvenient for stretching with a friend. The restaurant food was just okay. The octopus appetizer at Tfaya restaurant (P4) was the only dish I'd recommend; everything else felt below expectations. The restaurant service was decent, and the prices weren't high. Cleanliness: Excellent. Environment: The surroundings are lovely. The gym overlooks a river, but it's a bit far from the city center, giving it a secluded feel. Service: Felt slightly below expectations. There was a welcome drink upon arrival, and welcome snacks were provided in the room (P2). They also offered shuttle service within the grounds when it rained. The front desk staff were all warm and friendly, and most of the staff encountered walking around the hotel would stop to greet us. However, the turndown service wasn't great; the comforter wasn't properly pulled out. This was especially noticeable with the extra bed; the main bed was fine, but on the small bed, when I pulled the comforter, the sheets came off, and I had to make the bed myself 😂. Also, the toilet paper ran out and wasn't replenished. I had to call to have it refilled. And I was even charged 10 dirhams for the phone call. The room's decor and design are quite beautiful. The bathroom is very spacious and features a unique 'waterfall shower' experience, which felt well-designed. The room buttons are all touch-sensitive and quite difficult to use. The curtains are manual, which is inconvenient. I spent a long time figuring out that an up and down arrow button was actually for adjusting the overall room brightness. Interestingly, the room's power outlets worked directly with Chinese plugs, but the ones in the bathroom still required a European adapter."
